Ken Phillips from Mandurah Masters, was awarded the 2011 Official of the Year award and was presented it by Board Member Kaye Bolger.  Ken has been involved in the mentoring of new officials, at both Club and State levels, and has recently joined the MSWA Board as Technical Education Coordinator.
